I have been sent this video a couple of time today - it is clearly connecting with people as it approaches 500k views.

What I like is the organic way that the crazy dancer who is at the back/side of the field is doing his won unique thing & then starts to attract those around him. It is a real & visual example of his ‘brand’ being infectious, unique & uninhibited enough to spread to those around him.

After a while he attracts a first person who wants to interact with him - but he stays true to himself and that attracts another dancer which becomes the tipping point for more people to join & then the stampede begins.

Good time to contemplate where you would be in this picture. The initiator? The early adopter? (#1 & #2 to join in) or #25?

Of course - they could all just be off their heads but I am sticking with the analogy anyway. And great viral exposure for Santogold’s tune ‘Unstoppable’
